James L. Aab, born in Greeley, Colorado in 1947, associated himself with The Hopp Law Firm in 2008 as “of counsel” where he also continues his private practice. Mr. Aab’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of real estate, bankruptcy and business law including trial work. For most of his career, Mr. Aab has represented several regional and community shopping centers in the Denver area and was involved in several significant cases pertaining to public access, freedom of speech rights and tenant discrimination. Mr. Aab's bankruptcy practice includes representation of debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases. He has been admitted to practice before numerous Courts across the country including the Southern District of New York, Northern District of Illinois and the Central District of California.
